Yoga at CrossFit West Seattle is specifically designed for strength & conditioning athletes. We incorporate the fundamentals of Yoga into every class, so that the practice is appropriate for your needs as a beginner or advanced student. You will become a stronger, more stable athlete.
Our yoga rooted in the Vinyasa tradition. Vinyasa Yoga coordinates breath with movement, is progressive in nature by moving from simple to complex poses, and contains the possibility of movement with steadiness and ease. Yoga increases your ability to recover from strength and conditioning workouts. With consistent practice, Yoga can calm your nervous system and aid in deeper, more restful sleep.
