8 Lateral Push Ups*
16 Hollow Rocks
8 Shoulder to Overheads 95/65 (Comp 135/95)
16 Hollow Rocks
*For lateral push ups, start with one hand and foot on a mat line.  At the top of each rep, move laterally so other arm and foot move to mat line.  Go back and forth every rep.
