Warm Up
3 Rounds:
8 V ups
9 Push Ups
10 Air Squats
15 Jumping Jacks

Strength
Back Squat – 10reps, 8reps, 6reps, 4reps, 2reps
15 minutes to build up weight as reps decrease. The first set of 10 Reps should start @ 70 – 75% of 1RM

6 Rounds
1 min Max Double Unders/Single Unders
1 min Max Thrusters (#75/55)
Rest 1 min. between rounds
**Scoring is Total Reps!!

Cool Down
5 minutes on the Assault Bike or Rower
