Deadlift Density Training
50 Reps for Quality
Weight should be no more than 80% of one your 1RM.  It should take between 3:00 – 6:00 to complete the 50 reps.  Record the weight used as your score.

Workout of the Day
Every 1:30 for 15:00 (10 Rounds) perform one round of Cindy.  Comp performs one round of Mary.
Cindy
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
*Scale movements as needed to hit the numbers each minute

Mary
5 HSPUs
10 Pistol Squats
15 Pull Ups

Cool Down
Floor Chest Stretch
Foam Roll Quads then Static Quad Stretch
Foam Roll Lats then Banded Lat Stretch
