100 Box Jumps/Step Ups 24/20
100 Hollow Rocks
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Thrusters
100 Double Unders Each Partner (300 Single Unders)
*Partners will have a KB.  Non Working must hold the KB in the Front Rack at all times!

Cool Down
10 Scorpions
Abdominal Stretches (standing/up dog)
1:00 Quad Foam Roll each leg
1:00 Couch Stretch each leg
1:00 Lacrosse Ball Shoulder + Trap Smash each side
