120 Deadlifts (bodyweight/.75 x bodyweight)
120 Box Jumps (24/20)
**One Partner is working at a time. Must share Deadlift bar…so strip weight as needed while you chip away at the 120! Don’t sell yourself short because you are lazy and don’t want to mess with the barball! Get in there and have some fun…burn off that chocolate that will be later consumed!
