Group Circle/Warm Up

Workout of the Day:
In Teams of 2 complete the following (one partner working at a time):
Run the Big Block (must jog with your Partner in Crime!)
-then-
50-40-30-20-10
Hand Release Plate Burpees (must release hands at the bottom of the burpee, and jump onto a 45# plate. Your head must clear the plate every burpee)
KB Swings
T2B/K2E
-then-
Run the Small Block (must jog with your Partner in Crime!)

Cool Down
Have some Mimosas somewhere!!!
