Training for Monday, May 28th


Today we are observing Memorial Day with the Hero workout, “Murph”.  Come by the gym for classes at 9am and 10:15am.

Workout of the Day
For Time
1-mile run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
1-mile run
*Partition pull ups, push ups and squats as desired
*Rx+: wear a 20/14 weight vest
*Comp: unpartitioned with a weight vest
*If you did the workout Rx+ last year, consider trying Comp this year.  Likewise, if you did it Comp last year, try the Rx+ version this year.
