15 minutes to complete 5 sets of 3 Deadlifts (The first working set is to start at 70% of 1RM, each working set will increase in weight)

KB Snatch + OH Lunge (

4 min AMRAP
7 L-Arm KB Snatch Lunge
7 Box Jumps (24/20)
7 R-Arm KB Snatch Lunge
Rest 1 minute between Rounds

Cool Down
50 Banded Good Mornings + Small Block
