15 minutes to complete Front Squats – 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 Ascending weights!! Increase that weight along the way!

Workout of the Day
20 min to get through as much as possible
25 KB Swings
15 Burpees

25 KB Swings
25 Sit Ups
small block
25 KB Swings
15 Burpees
big block
Just keep going until that clock runs out and follow that sequence!!!

Mobility
2 Rounds of alternating :30 bar hang / 10 knee hugs each side
