Workout of the Day

Every 6 minutes complete the following:

50 Wallballs (20/14)

50 Sit Ups

with remaining time complete as many Pull Ups/Ring Rows (C2B comp)

Rest 2:00 minutes between rounds and complete this sequence 3 times.
