5 Lawnmower Pull 35/25 (Comp 53/35)
5 1-arm Russian Swings
5 1-arm Push Presses
*each individual complex must be unbroken
*alternate arms each complex
*should be challenging to go unbroken!

Cool Down
Lacrosse Ball Smash Shoulders and Traps
Static Hamstring and Low Back Stretches
