REMINDERS: ONLY 6am, 7am, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm Classes today. NO 9:30am, 12pm, or 4pm Classes.

Also, the 7pm class is now an Olympic Weight Lifting Class!! There is no longer a 7pm WOD.

800m HEAVY OBJECT CARRY!! Grab an atlas stone (just don’t drop it), sand bags, heavy DB’s, or 45# plates and GO for a WALK!

5 Rounds for Time:

20 KB Lunges (2 bells @ 53/35)

20 V – Ups

20 Push Ups

**20 min Time Cap
