Today is the first day of ZoomFit!   ZoomFit members can attend the 9:30am and 12:00pm classes on Mondays and Thursdays for workouts  specially tailored for ZoomFit athletes to perform alongside our other CrossFit West Seattle Members!

Strength/Skill – Performed after the WOD
Every minute for 12:00 alternate between
:30 L-Sit Hold
:30 Plank Hold

Workout of the Day
30-20-10
1-arm Russian KB Swing 53/35
1-arm KB Shoulder-to-Overhead 53/35
Goblet Squat 53/35

* 1-arm reps do not need to alternate, but equal work should be performed with each arm
