400m Run/500m Row
60 Burpees
60 Wall Balls

*Teammates run/row together
*Only one person may work at a time on the burpees and wall balls
*Burpees only count if other two teammates are holding a plank
*Wall Balls only count if other two teammates are holding an air squat
