West Side Comp Workout of the Day


10 Rounds:

5/3 Bar Muscle Ups

10 Push Jerk (155/105)

15 Burpees Over the Bar

-then Rest 5 minutes-

4 Rounds:

400m Run

15 Power Snatches (115/75)



In teams of two, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

9 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

9 Front Squats (155/105) (from the floor!)

When the 25 minutes is up, immediately run 800m!
