5 KB Swings (53/35)

10 Air Squats

15 Sit Ups

When Partner A gets off the rower, Partner B can start rowing while Partner A completes 1 round of KBS, Air Squats, Sit up. Once Partner 1 is completed with a round, Partner 2 can begin and Partner 1 can hop back on the rower! Ideally you are moving for the entire 25 minutes!
