10 Pullups

15 Push Press (115/75)

20 KB Swings

Rest 4 minutes then complete (clock @ 10:00) the following in 7 minutes:

Run 800m

Max Push Ups/HSPU

Rest 4 minutes then complete (clock @ 21:00) the following in 8 minutes:

Run 800m

20 T2B/KNE/V-ups

Max Burpees over the bar upon completion
