Strength/Skill
Back Rack Lunges
4 Sets x 8 Reps on each leg
Keep weight moderate, focusing on balance and stabilization
For those who completed “Kelly” yesterday, keep the weight lighter, working lunges through your full range of motion while maintaining good posture

Workout of the Day
10:00 alternating each minute between:
5 Power Snatches 95/65 (135/95 Comp)
6 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (4 Bar Muscle Ups or 8 Unbroken C2B Pull Ups)
*When picking a weight for the snatch, the 5 reps should be challenging but able to be completed around :30

Cool Down
Foam Roll Lats
Smash Shoulders/Traps with Lacrosse Ball
Glute Smash with Lacrosse Ball and Hamstring Stretch
