Workout of the Day Today’s workout is inspired by the #queerhistorywod “Harvey Milk” from OUTWOD

With a Partner For Time (performed 12 Days of Christmas Style)

11 Pull Ups (non-working partner hangs on bar 27 Double Unders (each partner performs 27 reps, one after the other)

19 Synchronized Burpees

78 Synchronized Sit Ups

100 Synchronized Air Squats
