Overhead Split Squat (5×3 — on each leg)
work up to a heavy set — however, the emphasis is oh skill

perform at press grip — scale slightly wider or up to snatch grip if needed

OHSS builds overhead mobility, overhead stability, and balance, strength, and stability in your split position

perform 8 pendlay row between rounds
