7 Muscle-ups
50 Wall-Ball Shots, 20# / 14#
100 Double-Unders

MU scale — 14 burpee pullup — bar must be at least 2" above your reach
DU scale — 10 x 5 singles + 1 DU attempt THEN 50 singles

15.3 Tips & Facts

Top 5% score: 367 reps (2 rounds + 46 wall balls)
Muscle ups in 2 sets / unbroken if it will not fatigue you
Wall balls in 1 large set and a few small sets / in many small sets examp. 10 sets of 5 with quick rest
Don’t do DUs unbroken, split them to at least 2 sets
