DB thruster (50/35) — split as desired
2 x situp — split as desired

then perform

400m run (250m row) — run with partner

then REPEAT!

score is rounds & reps
1 round is: 6-12-18-24 & 400m run
400m run = 4 reps
2x situp = perform double reps for situps 12-24-36-48
use 2 DB for the thruster
