6 hang squat cleans

squat clean + hang squat clean + 2 :03 pause @ bottom front squat (5 x 1)
use this as a primer for the 1 rep clean at the end of 18.2 – think about having your last weight for the strength be your opening weight for the workout.

AT HOME: 5x KB/DB hang squat clean R + hang squat clean L + 2 :03 pause @ bottom goblet squat

Bar-facing burpees (stepping burpees allowed)
